The fineprint: terms and conditions

Any charity can be chosen by the team entering provided it is a bona fide public benefit organisation that is registered as a non-profit organisation in South Africa.
All team members must be bone fide employees (or contract staff) of the company they represent.
The full prize pot collected from entries will be donated to the charity of the winning team.
The R2,000 donations by each team will be held in escrow by Intellidex and donated to the charity of the winning team.
The donations will be made in the names of the companies that entered (unless you expressly indicate otherwise). If requested, section 18A certificates will be requested from the winning charity for each company that enters.
Entries must be received by midnight on 23 November.
Intellidex will match the total amount raised through the quiz with a donation to the Seriti Institute, subject to a cap of R40,000.
Quiz questions will be developed by Intellidex and accepted answers on the night will be final.
Teams will provide answers through online forms and these cannot be changed after submission.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the correctness or otherwise of answers!
Please ensure you have a stable connection for the duration of the event. Teams that lose connection will be able to reconnect and submit questions during the round, but cannot complete for a previous round.
Team members can be changed at any point up to the start of the quiz, but cannot be changed during the quiz.
