Refinancing of renewable IPPs won’t temper electricity tariffs

Renegotiating early power purchase agreements with renewable energy producers will have a negligible effect on the overall electricity tariffs that will be more than offset by the higher tariffs to come from Eskom anyway, says Intellidex’s Peter Attard Montalto. Featured in Moneyweb.
